iBoxik Bonus System
The bonus program is a way of thanking you for your purchases in our e-shop. For loyal and regular customers, we offer a bonus system for completed purchases and other activities (registration, subscribing to mailing). The total amount you spend on purchasing our products will automatically be converted into point value at a ratio of 1 CZK = 1 point. Points can be collected by registered customers only.
How can I earn bonus points?
You earn bonus points for every completed and paid purchase. Once you accumulate enough bonus points, you can redeem them on your next purchase. In other words: the more you shop, the bigger discounts you can get. Bonus points will be credited after the order is paid for, not immediately after the purchase. Conversely, in case of cancellation or credit note issuance (when goods are returned uncollected or as returned), points are deducted using the same formula as they were added. Points are added according to the formula 100 CZK = 1 point.
Can I earn bonus points in other ways?
Yes, you can. For your registration, we will reward you with 30 points.
How can I redeem bonus points?
Your accumulated points bring you discounts. You can see the status of your points after logging into your customer account. In the cart, you can see the status of bonus points with the option to use them.
Combination with Discount Coupons
On one order, points cannot be used at the same time as applying a discount coupon. If you wish to use a coupon, you will not have the option to reduce the order amount using points and vice versa. A used discount coupon affects the total order amount and thereby also the total number of points earned.
Points Overview...
An overview of the number of earned bonus points is always available from the "Login" page and clicking on "My Account" in the top right corner of our e-shop. After logging into your account, you will learn the balance of your bonus points based on your completed purchases. Please note that the number of your bonus points will be credited after the payment of the order is made. After each redemption of your points, their number will be immediately deducted from your bonus account.
What if I purchase a product without using bonus points and decide to return it? What happens to the earned points?
When you return a purchased product, you also return the earned bonus points. Your point balance will be recalculated back to its original state before this purchase.
And what about the validity of my points?
The validity of your bonus points is limited to 365 days. Therefore, use them in advance and often!
Further Information
Bonus points are not currency and do not have any real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the program parameters at any time or to cancel it. In the case of program abuse or fraud, sanctions will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus points CANNOT be applied when exchanging goods!
